Golf Cart Rules
You must be a licensed driver to operate a golf cart alone.
Children 13 years of age and older are permitted to operate a golf cart with a licensed driver on board. It is understood that the New Lisbon Family Campground is not liable for any injury incurred should an accident occur. Please be sure to verify coverage with your insurance company.
You may only operate your golf cart at night with lights on. Only licensed drivers may operate golf carts during the evening hours.
Please operate your golf cart at a safe speed. We have children in the park. Thank you for your safety and cooperation.
Disclosure:
-New Lisbon Family Campground is not resposible for and damages incurred to the golf carts or the campground during use. We are not liable for damages to personal property or injury or for lost or stolen items from the carts during use. The licensed driver will be held accountable for such damages/injuries/items.
-New Lisbon Family Campground is not responsible or liable for any injury that may occur to bi-standers or people aboard the golf cart. The licensed driver will be held accountable for such injuries.
-I agree to provide proof of insurance (policy number) of the cart, at this time and to maintain coverage for the golf cart along with the serial number.
