April 26, 2009 update:  The trial has been delayed due to the enormous effort in getting one of the defendants extradited from Texas (can you say Carl), but the extradition has happened and he is back at the campground, the trial will happen, just not on opening day, Thanks Carl!)

This trial is about honesty... members of our own campground have been caught red handed, guilty as charged... can you believe that, MEMBERS OF OUR OWN CAMPGROUND have done this outrageous deed.

Did these three, Don, Carl and John take the tomato's?

A few weeks ago in September, during a very windy storm, Mark and Greg Shook's shed blew into the lake, these three campground citizens were at the Shook's campsite, supposedly to help determine how to get the shed out of the lake, but instead, they saw the tomato vines full of ripe red tomato's, they then set their focus on stealing all of Mark and Greg's tomato's, that is the charge... these men are leaders of our campground, but yet they stole tomato's.... that's just not right!, they claim their innocence, do you believe them?

All three men were issued arrest warrants at the closing dinner!

Trial date is set for Opening Dinner 2009, you have to be there, you may be selected as a juror!

Look at them, smirks on their faces, they will be found guilty as charged and sentenced!

Maybe they can be sentenced to be Mark and Greg's butler for a weekend!
