Easter
2:00 p.m.: Annual Campground Easter Egg hunt for the kids. Easter Egg hunt for the children will be held at the Shelter House. Games will be played after the Easter Egg Hunt. Cake and punch will be served after playing the games. Bring your children and grandchildren to see the Easter Bunny and join the fun!
5 p.m.: Annual Opening Dinner
The fun starts at 5pm with Dinner, the Entree will be provided by the owners, Parker and Gloria, everyone is asked to bring an OVERSIZED dish or desert for everyone to enjoy.
Happy Mother's Day
In celebration of Mother's Day, the activity committee will be honoring all Mothers.
7pm: Entertainment for the opening dinner will begin at 7pm.

2:00 p.m.: Memorial Day Golf Cart Parade
Decorate your golf cart with Patriotic and/or Indy 500 Race decorations and line up at the Shelter House Prizes will be awarded for the best decorated carts. Judges will be overnight campers in the pull thru spots. 1st Prize winner will receive a trophy and a $25 Wal-mart gift card. 2nd Prize winner will receive a $20 Wal-mart gift card. 3rd Prize winner will receive a $15 Wal-mart gift card.
** You do not need to decorate your golf cart to participate in the Parade, everybody's participation is appreciated.
3:30 p.m.: Poker Run - $2 entry
fee per run
Line up at the front gate to pay a $2 entry fee and receive your frist card. You will then be directed to the next location to pick up another card and directed to the next pick up location. The last stop will be at the Shelter house. The best poker hand wins half the pot taken in and the other half of the pot goes into the activity fund. Only adults are allowed to pick a card and only one person on the golf cart will be allowed to pick a card per trip.
5:00 p.m.: Horseshoe Tournament
Horseshoe pitch will take place at the horseshoe pits located near the volley ball area. $3.00 entry fee... The total amount collected will be paid out to the 1st and 2nd place winners. Last place gets $3 back (woo hoo).

10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Classic Car Cruise-In
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC -- Admission to the park is free to all Classic Cars. The Piston Poppers Car Club will be returning this year. Campers that have a Classic Car are invited to bring them out. Piston Poppers website view here -> www.pistonpoppers.net All cars that participate will receive a dash plaque. This year we will be awarding two (2) trophy plaques. 1st Category - Campers Choice 2nd Category - Campground Owners Choice Campers are asked to come by the booth between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and vote for their favorite car. The trophies will be awarded at 1:00 p.m
2:00 p.m.: Memorial Day Ceremony
Carl Vannatta & Fred Chambers will be the Ceremonial Host. Ceremony will take place at the flag pole near the lake by shelter house. All Veterans and Servicemen will be honored during this ceremony and campers are invited to participate in the remembrance ceremony. If you have a loved one that is in the Service or Reserves please let us know.
6pm: White Elephant Auction and Bake Sale
Each camper is asked to donate 1 wrapped gift (new or gently used) and/or a baked item to be auctioned off. All proceeds from the auction and bake sale will go towards entertainment and future activities at the campground.
Auctioneer "Coach" and his partner "Lana" This event has always been a favorite of the campers and everyone has a great time. Come join us for lots of fun!!!

No activities have been scheduled for Memorial Day so that campers can enjoy the holiday with their families and friends as they wish.
7:00 pm - White Elephant Bingo
Each
adult is asked to bring a wrapped gift (new or slightly used) to Bingo winners will pick from those gifts as their prize. The last game – “cover all” – the winner receives a $20 Wal-mart gift card. Children ages 5 thru 15 that win bingo will be given prizes purchased from the activity fund.

10:00 am: Father's Day Breakfast
Father's Day Breakfast will be held at the shelter
house.
All campground fathers will be honored with a free breakfast of biscuits and sausage gravy, fried potatoes and scrambled eggs. Coffee and juices will also be served.Other campers are invited to join us and eat breakfast by giving a donation to the activity fund. A donation jar will be located near the plates & napkins. A drawing will beheld for a door prize to a lucky father.

Pampered Chef party at Melody Branch's campsite, they will also be fixing up a grilled pizza.

AT DUSK - Drive-In Movie
Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the movie at the patio behind the office. Popcorn, candy and pop will be available.

3pm: Blind Driver /
Golf Cart Obstacle Course
Drivers in this event must have a drivers license or a beginners drivers license. No entry fee, but a trophy will be awarded to the winner.
Two (2) people at a time on a golf cart... Driver will be blindfolded and the passenger will be giving driving directions to the driver throughout the course. Each driver will timed during the course. The team with the least amount of time and penalties WINS! If you want to participate and you don't have a golf cart we will get you one to drive through the course. If you have never done this before you must try it, it is soooooooo much fun!
5:00 pm - Pitch-In Dinner
Bring your favorite meat dish or side dish, or desert to share with everyone. Coffee will be furnished, otherwise bring your own drinks.

12 Noon - CHILDREN: Meet at the Shelter House for the scavenger hunt, then immediately following the hunt, games will be played outside the shelter house - lots of fun things to do for the children.3pm - ADULTS: Meet at the Shelter House for the Adult Scavenger Hunt.

Christmas in July!
Decorate your campsite with Christmas decorations. Prizes will be awarded for the 3 best decorated campsites. The pull-thru campers will be the judges. They will be taken around the campground by hay wagon in the daytime and at night. There will be a Christmas Party and gift exchange at the Shelter house beginning at 7 pm. Santa will pass out gifts to the children. Parents and grandparents are asked to bring a wrapped gift with the child's name on it for each child they bring. Please put the gift under the Christmas Tree and Santa will pass them out to the children. Those who want to participate in the adult gift exchange are asked to bring a wrapped gift. (Limit $10) Women please bring a woman's gift and men please bring a man's gift. The adults will also be playing the "Dirty Santa" game with their exchange. Refreshments will be served after the gift exchanges.

7:00 pm - Teen Night Pizza Party Campground teenagers ages 12 yrs. – 20 yrs are invited to an evening of fun of their own. This is a night for teens only! No adults except for the appointed chaperones. Free Pizza and pop will be provided from the activity fund. Campground teens may also bring a friend from home to join the fun.

5 pm: Pitch-In Dinner Campers are asked to bring an oversized food dish or either meat dishes, side dishes, or deserts. Coffee will be provided.
7pm - Family Game Night Bring the games you like to play (skip bo, phase 10, etc...) and we can play games together. Bring snacks to share and bring your own drinks.

11a - 2p: Annual 50's and 60's Drive in Diner
7:00 PM – 70’s and 80’s Dance DJ's Jerome and Brad will be the DJ's for the event.

Annual Cambridge City Canal Days Parade
We would like as many golf carts in the parade as possible.
7:00 PM – Country/Western Night At the patio behind the office. Come join us around the campfire for some good ole’ pickin’ and grinnin’! Our campers and friends are invited to bring their guitars, banjo’s, harmonica’s or other musical instruments and join us for a fun filled evening. Ham & Beans and Cornbread will be furnished. Bring your lawn chairs and your own drinks. A great time to be had by all!

5 PM - CLOSING DINNER
Parker and Gloria will be providing the meat and entertainment for the evening. Campers are asked to bring an oversized dish to the dinner. Our campground has grown, so please bring plenty of food to share so that everyone will get to eat. 7:00 pm: Entertainment

Halloween Party
The fun begins at 5pm with the children trick or treating throughout the campground.
Trick or Treating 5pm - 6:30pm - Parents are asked to walk with their children to keep them safe from running in front of golf carts or cars, etc...
This year there will be a haunted woods instead of the haunted house.
6:30 PM - WEINER ROAST AT THE SHELTER HOUSE The activity committee will furnish the hot dogs and buns. There will be a campfire near the flag pole at the lake to roast the wieners. Please bring your roasting sticks! Campers are asked to bring snacks such as chips, etc. to share. Also bring your own drinks. Plates, napkins, condiments and etc. will also be furnished by the activity committee.
FOLLOWING THE WEINER ROAST Campers will be taken through the haunted woods!! Kim Gard will have some very scary things going on in the woods! It will be loads of fun! Don't miss it!!
ALL CAMPGROUND ACTIVITIES WILL BE POSTED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE ACTIVITY DATE. POSTING STATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Inside the office, 2. Bulletin Board at the entrance to the campground, 3. Bulletin Board on patio of shelter house near the pop machine, 4. Bulletin Board inside shelter house at front door. *********************************** CAMPERS WANTING TO HAVE A CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT, VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT, DARTBOARD TOURNAMENT, ETC. ARE WELCOME TO DO SO. Please contact the activity committee if you would like for us to provide trophies, etc. for your event and we will post the fliers also.
